The main strengths of the company are the extraordinary dynamism and availability to satisfy the most varied requests and needs of the customer. The design and implementation of our products takes place entirely in the company, thanks to advanced IT systems and CNC machines.

Our company is able to create hydraulic systems and multi-valve blocks integrated ad hoc according to the specific needs of the customer.

Thanks to a vast warehouse of valves and hydraulic components, we are able to supply the customer with specific spare parts and components.

Special hydraulic unit for paper press for paper cutting machine

Operation

The control unit has different typologies of operation, a positioning and an automatic operation.

In the positioning function, the cylinder faithfully follows the position of the pedal and consequently there is a sensible adjustment of the paper press allowing an accurate positioning of the paper before cutting.

During this phase, a special valve limits the pressure of the press to 36 kg to protect the operator.

Once all settings have been made, the system is switched to automatic operation, where the control unit presses the cylinder (before cutting) to the preset pressure value.

Features

1.5 Kw electric motor – 4 poles – 380V – 7.2 cc / rev gear pump coupled. Continuous pressure regulation max. from 50 to 5600 kg with hand-wheel with total rotation of about 300 °. Hydraulic safety devices that intervene in the event of a power failure. Anti-multiplication safety valve. Emergency stop combined with photocells on the paper size.

Plant for the correction of plaster sheets

Operation

The purpose of the plant is to perform the grinding of the four side faces (also with different profiles) following a single positioning of the plasterboard, allowing a significant improvement in the timing and quality of the workings.

A square panel of 600 mm on the side is rectified in 30 seconds including the loading and unloading of the panel.

The slab is positioned manually, while the slab is locked by a pneumatic device. The actual processing is carried out by means of diamond wheels mounted directly on electric motors that move along the perimeter of the slab itself, rectifying the profile.

The plant is equipped with a suction device for the elimination of the dust deriving from the workings.

Features

Below you can see a rendering of the plant. Plate rectification is done with extreme precision so that every profile is accurate. In addition, the machine is provided with a system for removing powders expelled during processing.
