Directional control valves

A wide range of control valves are available from stock, both for trade and for our production.

In addition to the standard in-line check valves, piloted or not, HP HydroPower S.r.l. manufactures pilot operated check valves with pre-load for high flow rates up to 400 bar.

There are also manual drawer dispensers with flow rates up to 100 Lt / min and working pressures of over 450 bar.

The wide range of CETOP 3, CETOP 5 and CETOP 7 solenoid valves available in stock is able to meet most of the customer’s needs.

Special valves are made on customer request.

IN-LINE CHECK VALVE

These valves allow free flow of oil in one direction and completely prevent the passage in the opposite direction. The operation is completely automatic as the dynamic thrust of the flow provides for the opening and closing movements of the shutter. The closure is made by a conical coupling that guarantees a perfect hydraulic seal.

The controllable check valve allows free flow of oil in one direction, while in the opposite direction the passage is prevented until the valve is opened by sending pressure to the pilot port.

Manual distributor

The 4-way distributors with manual control of the 4L series are specifically designed for high pressure applications. The distribution system is of the balanced drawer type, so that the drive effort is not influenced by the pressure value.
